Our subscriptions are built for the loyal ones, the people who know they’ll be back. To keep things fair and prevent abuse of discounts and perks, we require a minimum of three subscription orders before changes can be made.

Policy Overview

• Minimum of three subscription orders is required before you can cancel, skip, or modify
• No cancellations, pauses, or edits allowed before your third order is placed and shipped
• After your third order, you can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime, just log into your account and manage it directly.

Mistaken Order?
If you placed a subscription order by mistake and it hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@stoner.io with your order number. We’re happy to cancel it if it hasn’t gone out.

Shipped Orders Are Final
Once an order has shipped, it’s final and can’t be changed or canceled. But if there’s an issue with the product, our 420-Day Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered.
